nice, smart, great work, showed up when they said they would, did the job - but they were greedy in the end, so I'm disappointed 2 stars - They spent 2 hours total at my house charged me $700. Yes I live in the Gorge, yes they made two trips - but they never said anything about trip charges, in fact they said they work in the gorge all the time. Even conceding trip charges from them to me it should have been about $450 total, 2 hours trip, 2 hours work, $50 materials if that. In fairness, they gave me an estimate of $600 but that was them covering themselves on unknowns - like if they needed to drill thru the foundation etc... but when they showed up and it was an easy job - they were in and out in 90 mins it should have been reflected in the bill. 1st trip they were here 30 mins , second trip 90 mins - they billed $700 That was my experience with Prestige - close to great and then the bill came
I had a tenant drill a hole into the power supply for the adjacent apartment, I called a number of other companies, until Barb answered the phone and said "he will be back this way in a few hours". He ran by did a temp repair and got the place back on line. Next day another stop by and completed the repair. Top notch service from the office to the field.
