Dan was a great help. I left right at 7 and realized I forgot something but the door locked after me. I immediately called and the woman wouldn't let me back in for ONE THING that would take one minute. Then she hung up on me. There were still customers inside the store and three employees. Because of that, our entire house remodel and the supplies it requires will be bought somewhere else. You treat customers like that and you lose business. In this case, thousands of dollars worth of business. Unreal.
This Kris guy is mad and leaves a bad review because he showed up at closing to get items, and he forgets something lol what a moron! I've shopped here for years and they have helped me out a ton! Thanks guy! Always that 1 guy that is lacking common sense!
Great for getting keys cut! I've gotten many good key duplicates here, and they will always help you if your new keys don't work. Free popcorn w/ purchase is a nice bonus.
